SHIPPING COSTS
The delivery of the products is done through the companies of HELLENIC POST (ELTA).
Domestic customers(city of Thessaloniki, Greece) may choose not to be charged for shipping costs and pick up their purchased items directly from our store P.P.Germanou 3, Thessaloniki, Greece. Unfortunately, this option is disabled during lockdown period.
For orders over € 50 SHIPPING is FREE (Refers to deliveries throughout Greece only)..
Shipping costs are € 3.50 for all of Greece and € 20 for all countries in Europe.
2. PRODUCT CHANGES
In case of change of a product, it should be done within 15 days from its purchase. The product should be in its original form, with all the accompanying items (labels, packaging, proof of purchase) with which it has been sent, in excellent condition.
The customer is charged for receiving the product to be changed.
